US Emerging Managers Summit – March 2024

Mary Hornby, Managing Director and General Counsel, and Jonathan Tubiana, Managing Director, will be attending the Private Equity Wire US Emerging Managers Summit on March 13^th, 2024 at Convene 101 Park Avenue, New York.

This event is aimed at management firms and funds in their early stages of development, raising capital for funds I through III, as well as managers and funds operated by women and leaders from diverse backgrounds.

Mary will be participating on the roundtable Side Letters: The Impact of the New SEC Rules, which will discuss how the new rules implemented by the SEC are impacting firms.
